romanian animals reaching for help

My name is Mircea Andrei and I represent the “Clopotel” animal protection association from Iasi-Romania. Our city is the second biggest in the country, but unfortunately, our association is the only one militating for animal rights, trying to find civilized solutions regarding stray animals. At the moment we are managing a shelter which is hosting almost 200 animals: 128 dogs, 62 cats, 2 horses and 3 donkeys. The Romanian authorities never helped us, actually, they did the best they could to set us back by giving us fines, making it so much harder for us to help the innocent animals.
I am approaching you in a desperate plea of finding solutions for our animals, so if you will, please help us; any peace of advice is welcomed.
In order to get a bigger idea about us and our activity, I invite you to access our website http://asociatiaclopotel.com/en/clinica_mobila.php or http://clopotelmariana.free.fr/ although I must warn you about the shocking cases we have to handle each day which you can see in the uploaded photos.
